Daniel was recommended to us by our son. When he first visited the house he provided a number of recommendations to refresh the home. We followed his advice with little deviation.
He was so professional throughout the sales process, providing us with updates following each open house and building inspection. We felt we were part of the journey the entire time, rather than by-standers. His knowledge and professionalism brought a result which far exceeded our expectations.
He is a gem!

Making the decision to sell our family home (especially in this current market) felt like a huge/scary decision to make!
From day one, Daniel was honest, genuine and persistent with our campaign.

He kept us updated every step of the way, was always available when we had questions and made sure we never felt out of the loop. Most importantly, we got the price we were wanting for our home.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better selling experience.
