In November 2024, the business expanded through the strategic acquisition of the Gladstone Park rent roll. This integration brought the Gladstone Park team under the Stockdale & Leggo Glenroy | Gladstone Park banner, combining the strengths of both teams under one roof. The result is a powerhouse office delivering exceptional service across all facets of real estate throughout Melbourne’s north-west.

The united team specialises in a broad range of property services, including residential sales of established homes, townhouses, units and new developments.

The property management division provides comprehensive, end to end services focused on maximising rental returns and ensuring long term financial outcomes for investors.
