Being brought up in the equine and farming industries, for someone so young she has knowledge beyond her years showing great specialty in these areas. Kat is always up for a chat and a new challenge, she is a determined and dedicated worker committed to matching the right people with the right homes.

Kat understands the emotions involved in buying and selling homes and is always on hand to assist. Her goal is to ensure every client has a positive, stress-free, and successful real estate experience. She firmly believes that “communication is key” and prides herself on being adaptable to any situation. Known for her kindness and problem-solving abilities, Kat feels fortunate to work with such a dedicated group of professionals who make coming to work enjoyable.

When she’s not in the office, Kat loves jumping back into her cowboy boots to tinker with her cars, exploring new places, spending time with family, and enjoying a bonfire or a good meal at the local pub.
