Urgent maintenance may include issues such as gas leaks, serious electrical faults, flooding, or breakdowns of essential services. In these situations, renters are advised to follow emergency procedures and contact the office immediately.

Condition Reports

At the start of your tenancy, you’ll receive a detailed condition report outlining the state of the property. Reviewing and returning this within the required timeframe helps avoid discrepancies at the end of the lease.
