A most valuable member of the Shepparton team, Fiona Butler developed an early interest in real estate while working in a local property conveyancing business. This experience gave Fiona a profound insight into the real estate industry and ultimately inspired her to complete her Agent’s Representative Certificate. Her career path from that point on was set in stone.

Fiona’s calling and strength in business management and assisting people has led to much professional growth in her current role. A stickler for exceptional organisation and attention to detail, a recent audit report of her department by an independent Valuer stated that the Property Management Department was highly efficient, well managed and achieved one of the lowest rent arrears in the industry.

Fiona runs a tight ship and manages the office calmly and with an experienced eye. “As simple as it may sound, primary to providing good service in property and office management is excellent organisation”.
