Although we had some unexpected issues with the sale Kristy was always keeping me in the loop as to the progress with the sale and open for inspections etc.

From our first contact to the sale of my property Kristy was great. She was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of selling and made my experience stress free. I was thrilled with the outcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

Kristy is uncomplicated to work with – no fuss, reliable, trust worthy, calls a ‘spade a spade’ when discussing options during sale period. She makes a whole hearted effort to achieve the best result. In our case, Kristy juggled tenants needs and ours for a very satisfactory outcome.

Kristy is phenomenal. I have neurotic tendencies and Kristy is so calm and confident and was able to talk me down from the ledge on a couple of occasions during the process! Kristy went well above and beyond on what her role in the sale was (organising all the stuff I was supposed to do) and then I left the country on the day we went on market. Even this didn’t phase her!! Lost keys? No problem! Jammed door? No problem. You’re in Dubai? No problem!

From the moment I phoned Stockdale & Leggo to settlement we had an exceptional experience. Kristy understood exactly what our goals were and went above and beyond to make sure we achieved it. It was really important that everything would be taken care of remotely, and Kristy took on that task without breaking a sweat.
