Julie produced amazing results in difficult circumstances. We were the ultimate problem clients, with a tight deadline, a high price, unavailable for much of the time and tricky tenants to deal with. We received an offer well below asking price which we instructed Julie to decline and an offer just shy of asking price which we instructed Julie to accept. Julie however put them in a bidding war revealing the other party’s bids and conditions of purchase, which resulted in a very drawn out settlement.
On more than one occasion people were let into our house without us being notified. I just happened to be there.
Overall we were not very happy with Julie not following clear instructions
