Richard is the man. Great bloke first and foremost, he helped us sell our house for more than we were expecting, it was an amazing outcome. Richard’s plan for selling our house differed from other agents that gave us an appraisal, showing a real understanding of the potential buying market and also the local area. We were kept up to date at all times, and Richard helped us massively with his advice. I would recommend Richard to absolutely anyone, he is an absolute gem!

From the first appraisal to the sale, Richard’s advice was spot on. That included suggestions for what to do to prepare my property, to opt for a private sale and the estimation of the sale price.
