It’s an absolute pleasure to give a review for Kristy Wild. She has been so amazing. I wish I could give a 10 star review.
In tough times she took me through the whole process of selling my mum‘s house. With big life decisions you really do need someone who you can trust, who’s reliable and provides the right advice. This is Kristy.
Add words like: reliable; honest; integrity; caring; ….and you have the perfect person in Real Estate.
Kristy Wild an absolute superstar and highly recommended!

Kristy was fantastic to work with, communication was excellent and I was kept well informed during the whole process. Kristy was always available to answer any questions and she was realistic about the property market and what I could expect from potential buyers.
Kristy is confident, capable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Rod blew our expectations out of the water with all his help on so many levels. Our words here will not be able to adequately convey our gratitude for what Rod achieved for us. We are in rural Victoria and weren’t able to be hands on. Not a problem for Rod as he organised a major clean up of the property after tenants had ran it down. He communicated with us every step of the way. No questions went unanswered. Rod’s expertise once it was ready for sale achieved a quick sale at an excellent price

Although we had some unexpected issues with the sale Kristy was always keeping me in the loop as to the progress with the sale and open for inspections etc.

As a seller based overseas, Rod was super easy to work with and made the process hassle free. He arranged for everything to be styled prior to the first open and sold the house above ask within a week. Highly recommend.

From our first contact to the sale of my property Kristy was great. She was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of selling and made my experience stress free. I was thrilled with the outcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

Kristy is uncomplicated to work with – no fuss, reliable, trust worthy, calls a ‘spade a spade’ when discussing options during sale period. She makes a whole hearted effort to achieve the best result. In our case, Kristy juggled tenants needs and ours for a very satisfactory outcome.

So friendly and easy to talk to, very helpful when selling for the first time, knew the area really well, great communication. Genuinely nice bloke and I felt like he was very trustworthy.

Kristy is phenomenal. I have neurotic tendencies and Kristy is so calm and confident and was able to talk me down from the ledge on a couple of occasions during the process! Kristy went well above and beyond on what her role in the sale was (organising all the stuff I was supposed to do) and then I left the country on the day we went on market. Even this didn’t phase her!! Lost keys? No problem! Jammed door? No problem. You’re in Dubai? No problem!

From the moment I phoned Stockdale & Leggo to settlement we had an exceptional experience. Kristy understood exactly what our goals were and went above and beyond to make sure we achieved it. It was really important that everything would be taken care of remotely, and Kristy took on that task without breaking a sweat. I don’t think anything could have gone better, from the first meet right through to settlement. I have no hestitation referring friends & family to sell with Kristy in the future.

My experience with Kristy from start to finish was absolutely BRILLIANT !! and streamlined, she knows the market extremely well . Kept me up to date on everything at each stage of the sale. Highly recommend to anyone .

Rod, was an extremely patient and knowledgeable Agent to deal with.
Our place was on the market for a while but he persisted and was finally able to sell. He was great with all his advice , very helpful and nothing was a problem.
Fantastic Agent, can’t recommend him highly enough.

Kristy is terrific. Her property preparation advice was spot-on, her knowledge of the local market was exactly what I wanted, and her negotiating prowess was everything I had hoped for in my agent.

Kristy was excellent at organising our rental for sale while we were away on a holiday. She sent us through quotes, organised tradesmen and sent us photos of completed work.
The house sale was well orchestrated with regular communication to us to keep us up to date with its progress. The results that Kristy got was beyond our expectations. The property sold within a few days and for above the asking price, I would not hesitate to recommend using Kristy to sell your property.

Kristy was amazing she made the whole sale stress free. She also kept me up to date (as I was overseas at the time) with absolutely everything and nothing was to much trouble.

It was a pleasure to have Kristy as our agent making it smooth sailing throughout the entire selling journey.
Words I would use to describe Kristy are knowledgeable, professional, always approachable and down -to -earth.

Rod was knowledgeable about the market and provided sensible suggestions and helpful advice about the process of selling my property. He communicated in an honest and respectful manner from go to woah. I have no hesitations in recommending Rod to future clients.
