I recently sold our investment property with Joe Falzon at The Professionals.
What an amazing professional and just right nice guy he is.
Joe provided us with some good solid advice regarding marketing styling and he even was able to correctly predict the type of person that would buy our property.
Joe regularly kept us up to date and even helped us with items that were not withing his role or scope. He truly wanted to help sell our property and even negotiated a price above our asking.
