Tim was friendly, approachable, calm and honest, unlike other real estate agents we dealt with. He consistently checked up on us as we renovated the property, however he did not pressure us. He was wealth of information and always asked if we needed assistance. Through his contacts we were able to purchase new carpet and blinds at a great price. He also organised the staging of our property. We had team meetings to establish guidelines and to keep us informed. We would highly recommend him.

Kristy has been marvelous! Not only is she knowledgeable, she is also very accommodating, patient, and understandable of our present circumstance, juggling between work and house searching.
