Kristie’s role
Kristie is Stockdale & Leggo’s Property Management Executive, responsible for providing support to franchisees, assisting with property management training, HR and event management. The role also aims to identify improvements and efficiencies within the offices, while keeping customer focus front of mind.
What Kristie brings
Kristie has more than 23 years’ experience in the real estate industry, working across multiple departments to build a deep understanding of the industry and clients’ needs.
After starting in reception with Stockdale & Leggo Narre Warren, Kristie quickly progressed and moved to the property management department, gaining experience in all aspects of real estate, including sales and office management.
Kristie is highly regarded for her warmth and enthusiasm, and the professionalism with which she manages the needs and priorities of both rental providers and renters. She understands the imperative of keeping up to date with training and legislation to provide clients with informed feedback and direction, and the importance of establishing trust to build long-term relationships.
This exceptional service to clients was recently recognised, with Kristie receiving a property management of excellence award and being named property manager of the year.

In her spare time, Kristie enjoys being outdoors, visiting new places and spending time with her son Cohen, and family and friends.
