Stephen brings with him more than 30 years’ experience across a range of roles and industries. His background in sales and marketing in the corporate sector has honed his ability to anticipate and understand the needs of clients and negotiate optimal outcomes on their behalf.

Working in various senior management roles, Stephen is adept at leading teams, motivating and empowering others to work together to solve problems and achieve strategic goals.

Having established his own national retail procurement business, Stephen is an expert negotiator with exceptional project-management skills.

More recently, Stephen channeled his extensive experience and passion for sales and marketing into a career in real estate. After several years working across Melbourne’s competitive and high-pressure property market, Stephen has extended his expertise to include regional property markets, including the Bass Coast, which he calls home.

“I’m really excited to offer regional homeowners the benefit of my experience working in the competitive city environment, bringing to the table that same level of strategic thinking to execute successful campaigns and deliver outstanding results,” Stephen said.

Away from the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, watching a wide range of sports and walking with his dog, Buddy
