Savan’s interesting and diverse background set him apart from other real estate agents. He and his wife arrived in Australia from India in 2004 for him to pursue a Masters Degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
Upon completion he worked in the power industry for a number of years in the La Trobe Valley, however, decided to return to India for business. What followed was five years working as a developer building residential and commercial properties. During this time his daughter was born and yet another major life decision was made – to move back to Australia for the sake of a better future for his daughter. The family now live in Pakenham.

Indian’s love their cricket and Savan is no exception. Self-described as approachable and sociable, he’s heavily involved with the Indian Association of Cardinia and Casey. He also makes time in his busy life to maintain a health a fitness regime and to volunteer at his daughter’s school.

Savan developed a passion for the property business whilst in India and decided that working as a real estate agent provided endless opportunities for him to utilise his valuable property development skills and his fondness for working with and helping people achieve their dream.

Savan has a natural ability to put himself in his client’s shoes. He goes to great lengths to identify their needs and expectations. Savan’s instinctive nature helps him decipher vendors and purchaser’s behaviour enabling him to negotiate the best price and close the deal for his clients.
