Charlotte Pascoe

Charlotte is the Chief Executive Officer of Stockdale & Leggo, where she oversees the organisation’s operations and leads its national franchise network. With more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, she joined the Stockdale & Leggo Corporate team in 2018 as General Manager before being appointed CEO in 2020.

Known for her collaborative leadership, strategic thinking, and people-first approach, Charlotte has played a key role in strengthening the business while supporting franchisees and staff through an evolving property market. As a licensed estate agent, her broad industry knowledge enables her to anticipate market trends and provide valuable insights to her team, home buyers, investors, and the wider community through regular media commentary and public appearances.

Charlotte believes in leading by empowering others and fostering a culture where people can grow and succeed together.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, playing netball, practising yoga, and exploring the food, wine, and walking trails of the Yarra Valley.
