Ashleigh Gebhardt

Ashleigh commmenced her career in the Real Estate industry in 2022, beginning her journey with Stockdale & Leggo Drysdale as Sales Administrator. Since then, she has become an integral part of the business and now proudly serves as Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and supporting the continued success of both the Sales and Property Management teams.

With a background in teaching and customer service, Ashleigh brings exceptional communication, organisational skills, and a natural ability to connect with people. Her adaptable approach, attention to detail, and calm, solutions-focused nature allow her to thrive in the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of real estate.

Having worked across the operational side of the business, Ashleigh has developed a comprehensive understanding of the systems, processes, and people that keep a busy office running efficiently. She is highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about creating positive experiences for both clients and colleagues.

Ashleigh’s dedication and contributions have been recognised across the wider Stockdale & Leggo network, earning her the ‘Support Person of the Year’ Award in 2024 and the prestigious ‘Peter Thomas Award’ in 2025. These achievements reflect her commitment, leadership, and positive impact within the business and the broader network.

Ashleigh is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and helping others succeed. Her approachable nature, infectious positivity, and passion for helping others succeed make her a valued member of the Stockdale & Leggo Drysdale team.

Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and exploring the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula.
