Savan was absolutely fantastic. Before putting an offer in, he was super helpful in giving vital information about the house when I looked at it. He guided me through every step. He was great at communicating and when something changed, he let me know immediately. Could not be happier with how I was treated by Savan!

Savan made selling my rental effortless. He organised trades to do some touch ups to present the property in its best light and arranged staging with 2 quotes and got us the best price on this service.
Property sold within 1.5 weeks with several offers which helped us achieve an excellent price and a short settlement which also suited.
Highly recommend.

Damien St Louis was a pleasure to communicate with during my purchase of a house in Narre Warren. I found him professional, understanding and helpful. He seemed to care about the current tenants needs as well as my purchasing needs, which I think is a very commendable quality since moving house is one of life’s most stressful events. It’s nice to think that there are people in real estate work who are kind and compassionate and not just out for the the money. I recommend Damien 4 great service
