I honestly expected my place would not sell for 12 months minimum, but from the very moment I engaged George’s services, he was confident and honest that he would be able to sell the house quickly, which he achieved. Initially approached Stockdale and Leggo for property valuation via recommendation. Within 3 hours were presented with written document stating sales history within the local area. Property was valued and sale price discussed and agreed upon.
Within 24 hours potential buyers inspected property and the sale was completed.
